Drive sales with promo codes and earlybird pricing.

Promo codes

Create a code (for example EARLY20) that gives buyers a discount at checkout:

• Percentage — e.g. 20% off.
• Fixed amount — e.g. £5 off.

You can limit how many times a code is used and set the dates it's valid between. Codes apply to standard ticket tiers (donations are excluded), and the discount is capped so an order can never go below zero.

Codes are never shown publicly — buyers enter them at checkout, and BooTickets validates the code, dates and usage limit before applying it.

Earlybird pricing

For a time-limited lower price across a tier, use earlybird pricing instead of a code — it switches to the standard price automatically on the date you set. See Ticketing.
