Ticket tiers

Every event can have one or more ticket tiers — for example General Admission, Concession, or VIP. Each tier has its own:

• Price — set per tier, in your chosen currency.
• Quota — the number available. BooTickets tracks allocated and reserved tickets in real time and shows Sold out automatically when a tier runs out.
• Label and grouping — organise tiers so buyers can find the right ticket quickly.

Earlybird pricing

Reward early buyers with a lower price that automatically switches to the standard price on a date you choose. No need to edit anything on the day — the changeover is automatic.

Donation tiers

Add an optional donation alongside ticket sales, or run a standalone donation page so supporters can give any amount.

Promo codes

Create discount codes that apply a percentage or fixed-amount discount at checkout. See Discount codes for details.

Real-time stock

Availability is tracked as orders are placed, including short-lived reservations during checkout, so you never oversell.
