QR codes

A QR code is perfect for posters, flyers, programmes and venue signage — people scan it to open your event page and buy.

Get a QR code

From your dashboard, open an event and use the Tools option to view and download its QR code. The code points to your hosted event page (/e/<event-id>).

Make your own

A QR code is just an encoding of the event URL, so you can also generate one with any QR tool using:

https://bootickets.com/e/<event-id>

Add UTM parameters to the URL before generating the code if you want to track scans from a specific poster or location — see Linking to events.

Tip: Print QR codes large enough to scan from a distance, and test the printed version with a couple of phones before going to print.
