Create ticket types

Ticket types (tiers) define what people can buy and for how much.

Add a tier

1. Open your event and go to its tickets / ticketing section.
2. Choose Add ticket type.
3. Set:
   • Label — e.g. General Admission, Concession, VIP.
   • Price — in your currency (set 0 for a free ticket).
   • Quota — how many are available.
4. Repeat for each tier you want to offer.

Earlybird pricing

Turn on earlybird to offer a lower price until a date you set, after which it switches to the standard price automatically.

Donations

Add a donation option so buyers can contribute any amount alongside (or instead of) a ticket.

Per-tier questions

Some tiers can collect extra information from each attendee at checkout (for example dietary needs). Add these as questions on the tier.
